In order to maximise the impact and longevity of your restorative and cosmetic dentistry, ensure that your patients have good periodontal health. If there is undiagnosed or untreated periodontal disease, aesthetics are soon compromised and restorations begin to fail. Well treated and maintained periodontal patients experience little caries and become some of the most dentally motivated patients you will have to look after.
Dentists can refer patients to Dr. Perkins at his clinic by contacting us directly by email or letter. Alternatively, you can download a referral form here and send it to your nearest clinic.
Please note, it is policy within all my practice that I will only accept your patients for the referred treatments. We will not take patients on for any other treatment or for their general dentistry.
